The mission of the TOBA Leadership Institute is to inspire, empower, and prepare a new generation of leaders that can improve the black communities by focusing on an agenda that includes Political Action, Innovation, Community & Economic Development.

The total fee for participating in the TOBA Leadership Institute is $100.00, which includes the application processing and tuition fees.

Program Timeline

Application Deadline is January 31st

APPLICATION INFORMATION

All applicants for the TOBA Leadership Institute shall be required to pay a $25.00 non-refundable application processing fee by January 31, 2020.

Once selected, each selected applicant shall be required to pay a tuition fee of $75.00 by no later than the first meeting.

To graduate from the TOBA Leadership Institute program, participants are expected to attend all sessions (one excused absence is allowed).

Attendance at the opening briefing sessions and closing retreat are mandatory to graduate. Participants with two unexcused absences will be dropped from the program without a refund of tuition.
