We’re looking for young professionals between the ages of 21-50 years old. To graduate from the TOBA Leadership Institute program, participants are expected to attend all sessions (one excused absence is allowed).
Attendance at the opening briefing sessions and final project presentations are mandatory to graduate. Participants with two unexcused absences will be dropped from the program without a refund of tuition.
A non-refundable processing fee of $25 is required with all applications and must be submitted online. The processing fee is payable via credit card at the end of the application. Once selected, each member of the cohort will be required to pay a tuition fee of $150.00 by no later than the first session in February 2022.
